What is Visma Connect?

Visma Connect is a unified platform for secure and seamless login, used in over 150 other products within the Visma group—and soon in Flex HRM as well. This means that if you use other systems and apps from Visma, you will be able to access them all with a single login. The transition to Visma Connect is a crucial step in our ongoing efforts to future-proof Flex HRM with a focus on modern technology and proactive security measures.

Built with Security in Mind 

Hackers' methods are becoming increasingly sophisticated, and traditional passwords are often not secure enough. Due to new EU requirements in the field, known as the NIS2 directive, it is more important than ever to transition to robust password security solutions. Visma Connect is built with security as the top priority and is certified according to ISO 27001, an international standard that ensures the system meets the highest security requirements. With over 12 million users all using the same authentication service, all security work can also be managed from a "single point of action" for all Visma products.

An essential part of the security strategy in Visma Connect is two-factor authentication (2FA), which combines something you know (typically your password) with something you have (such as your phone) to confirm your identity when logging in. This adds an extra layer of security, as hackers not only need to crack the password but also need access to the second verification method to access your account.

New Convenient Login Options

Security first, of course—but that doesn’t mean we have to compromise on user experience. To minimize the hassle of entering and keeping track of your password, Visma Connect offers several optional login methods. Here are a few of them:

- BankID (Sweden, Norway, Finland)
- MitID
- Fingerprint
- Face ID
- SSO (Entra ID, Okta, Google, OneLogin, etc.)
- Apple Watch
