Simply snap a photo or upload your receipt, and the app will automatically extract the relevant details and place them where they belong. From purchase to completed expense report in just a few clicks!
Enhanced Accuracy and Capacity With AI
Our upgraded version takes receipt scanning from smart to super-smart. What’s new, you might wonder? For starters, it can now handle significantly more data points than before. In addition to extracting dates, amounts, and similar details with high precision, it will soon be able to select the correct currency and even match receipts to the right expense code based on the vendor—eliminating yet another manual step. Pretty amazing, right?
But that’s not all! Our improved receipt scanning now offers excellent support for different date formats and can handle PDFs. In short, this new feature brings us one step closer to fully automated and self-sufficient expense management.
Useful Details for Our Customers
The enhanced receipt scanning feature is available from version 2024.7 for customers with Flex HRM Travel & Expense and Mobile in their license. Curious to give it a try? Getting started is easy! Just activate it by checking the “Use receipt scanning” option under Settings > Travel > Expenses & Representation > General. And don’t forget to ensure you have an active integration with Flex Online and our receipt API.
