Welcome to register your inquiry in our service portal!

Providing you with excellent support is crucial for us at Flex. In our service portal, registered contact persons can quickly and easily register and track the status of their inquiries. 

If you don't have login access to our service portal, please contact someone in your organization who has administrator rights in the system.

We answer your questions on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (day before holiday from 8:00 AM to 2.00 PM). We are available by phone from 8.00 AM to 12.00 PM on weekdays, tel. +46 19 10 39 15.

I forgot my password for Flex HRM; what should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, someone with administrator rights at your organization needs to assign a new password by entering it for the relevant user under Administration > General > Users/Authorities. Once the new password is set, specify that the user must change it at the next login. Alternatively, you can click on "Reset Password" to generate a new password, and the user will receive an email prompting them to change their password at the next login.

I forgot my password for the service portal; what should I do?

Go to the service portal. Click on the link "Forgot your password?". Enter your username or email address and click Send. A new password will be sent to the email address you provided.

We need to set up a new company in Flex HRM; how do we do it?

For assistance with setting up a new company in Flex HRM, please get in touch with our consulting booking. Log in to the service portal and navigate to Consultant Booking. There, fill out the web form with more details about your inquiry. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

We want to integrate Flex HRM with one of our other systems; how do we do it?

You can easily integrate all systems with Flex securely and flexibly. There are two different ways to integrate with Flex: via Web API or text file.
